Recent Purchases And First Impressions | Bondi Sands, Revlon Etc.

Hey guys!

So I have bought a few things since pay day and thought I would give you guys my first impressions!

First up is the marble initial phone case. I've been wanting a new phone case for AGES, but since
dropping my phone and cracking the screen a while back, I kind of kept a plain bumper case to just protect my phone instead of a pretty one. I am slightly worried now that I'll drop my phone after changing it to this one. I bought mine from Ebay for £5. I don't know the exact link I used but I just typed in the bold letters in this paragraph in the search bar. It arrived today and I am a little disappointed. This is because in the pictures the initials look metallic gold whereas it actually a printed orange. To be honest it was only £5 though.

I have been on the hunt for a new fake tan. Something that would be more convenient to use when I go away etc. The Bondi Sands Liquid Gold is a tanning oil that has been on my wishlist for a while. I tested it yesterday in the day time and got changed straight away. The oil dried straight away and the tan developed over a few hours. My first impressions is that I love it, I will probably post a full review within the next few weeks.

I did make a naughty perfume purchase a few weeks ago (I need to save money). This was because I wanted a scent for dates/evenings out. Something sexy but wouldn't cause headaches. I asked the sales assistant to help me pick a perfume and she highly recommended this one. It's Narciso Rodriguez Poudree perfume. When I first smelt it, the only word I could use was "buttery".  I would say it's perfect for date nights, not too strong but something sweet and unique.

I ran out of my trusty Garnier Micellar water and when I went to buy it the only one in stock was the oil infused cleansing water one. I am so glad I have picked this up! It takes off my makeup much better than the original and is aimed for dry/sensitive skin which is my skin type! NEW FAVE. yaaass
Lastly I was in desperate need for a concealer and no where stocked my fave - collection concealer in my shade. In fact I looked around Boots and couldn't find one concealer in a fair shade apart from the Revlon Colorstay concealer.  I kind of like this and I kind of don't. It's not great for under the eyes as it does seem to go patchy and look a bit chalky, but it seems good at concealing blemishes.

So there it is, I haven't bought that much but I thought I would share still. Isn't that the fun part of being a blogger?!
Have you bought anything new recently that you want to rave about?

Love Laura

  15. That perfume sounds really interesting, I need to smell this buttery smell. I'm sorry that your phone case didn't turn out quite as planned, it still looks really pretty though! Collection concealer is also my favourite, it just gets the job done :)
